BOXING

All Levels Welcomed: Beginning to Advanced. Back to the Basics. Extreme focus on elements that improve every aspect of boxing.
Removes the intimidation factor; brings Peace and allows for physical strength, endurance, mobility, and motor skills to develop and exercise immensely!

KICKBOXING
Monday - Friday 4 - 4:45 pm
Enhance your kicking strength, power, and agility with this all-inclusive martial arts style class.
Loose weight, tone, and enhance your mobility by engaging lower body strength and core balance to create a stronger base and a healthier you.

Athletic Fitness

Strength Training

Get into the place of weightlifting and strengthening in the proper way so that you can gain and grow muscles faster and more effectively and keep your strength built into your frame and structure!

Conditioning
Monday - Friday 5 - 5:45 pm
Build true endurance in a fashion that challenges every type of muscle fiber and conditions you to build muscle longer, stronger, and with more endurance that will accelerate your performance!

Agilities
Monday - Friday 6 - 6:45pm
Align your motor-neurons with the proper balance, coordination, rhythm, and execution that will enhance your muscular efficiency and improve your performance!
Tactical Fitness
Level 3
* Take your fitness to the next level! This will get you tactically ready for military and service-men like activities. *

Military Training
Saturday 2 - 2:45pm
This is one of the toughest trainings that we have but it is also very specific to militant training, law enforcement tactics, and even fireman camps.

BootCamp
Saturday 12 - 12:45 pm
The toughest of our programs yet! We combine everything that effects endurance, strength, agility, tactical movement and structural fitness.
This will prepare you for any physical challenge that you could possibly face.
Aesthetic Fitness
* Target Specific areas of your body. Really strengthen and impact areas of your body with precision and efficiency. *
