With more control comes greater capacity to contain and handle strength, power, and endurance.

It begins by building a solid base for movement. As movement patterns improve, we can then build a foundation for strength, power, functionality, and shape!

Your body was made to move! It was made for your benefit and to do what you tell it to. Hence, challenge it! We have the tools to enhance and push the body to another level (things it never did before)!

Step 3: Show Up!

Consistency gives progressive power! Consistency is also a developing art. This means there might be a need to start off at a more comfortable pace that balances with a schedule that already works for you!

Step 4: Reflect. Refresh. Refire.

How you do one thing is how you do everything. You should do everything in a state of PEACE and Confidence. That comes from looking inside! 

Take consistent time to check-in and reflect on your training and your body. Then, refresh it with revitalizing nutrients and recovery methods that are refreshing!
