If Anything - The Peace Philosophy

If Anything, I will...

______. Most that are familiar with the Peace Center mantra and philosophy is that they know that Peace starts on the inside and works its way outward. I am writing this post in order to dive a little deeper into that and give more understanding. While there are many aspects to this philosophy, I want to highlight one idea in particular. There is a proverb that states "the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to maturity, and inner peace]." If I could really break this down to simplicity: "testing produces endurance, strength, and peace".

Those familiar with the Peace Center mantra and philosophy know that Peace starts on the inside, and works its way outward. I am writing this post in order to dive a little deeper into this mantra, and to offer a better understanding of it as a whole. While there are many aspects to this philosophy, I want to highlight one idea in particular. There is a proverb that states, "the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to maturity, and inner peace]." To simplify: "testing produces endurance, strength, and peace."

I like that statement because, in my business mind it becomes more simple. "Production leads to profit". In my fitness mind, "exercise leads to strength". In my artistic mind, "consistent expression leads to tasteful work". The profit, strength, and tastes that we are looking for is PEACE! And, in this case, the bottom line says that you cannot have profit at all without production or something being produced.

So, now, the question becomes, "What are you producing?" Also, is your production coming out higher than your cost?

AS A SIDE NOTE: [If testing faith produces endurance, and endurance produces peace, then the more challenges and trials that we may decide to face, then the more peace we may have and have gained endurance for anything else that may come up.]
SIDE NOTE: [If testing faith produces endurance, and endurance produces peace, then with the more challenges and trials we may decide to face, the more peace we may have and the more endurance we gain for future trials of life.]

TAKE A DIVE DEEPER

Let's take a deeper look into this. As a producer of goods and services, I am always asking myself about effectiveness, quality, and transformation. This is a good litmus test to know if something is working or holds value. Whenever I am going through something, I always ask myself: "How am I growing? How am I being transformed [from the core]? How is my peace growing? Is my confidence being developed? Will I become more effective to myself, God, and others once I have succeeded at that?"

Let's take a deeper look into this philosophy. As a producer of goods and services, I consistently contemplate the values of effectiveness, quality, and transformation. This is a good litmus test to figure out whether something is working or holds value. Whenever I am going through something, I always ask myself, "How am I growing? How am I being transformed [from the core]? How is my peace growing? Is my confidence being developed? Will I become more effective to myself, God, and others once I have succeeded at this?"

Then, the next question becomes: "How effective am I really becoming? How much of a help would this be to myself, God, my family, my community, my organization, my legacy and others?"

The next question then becomes, "How effective am I really becoming? How much of a help would this be to myself, God, my family, my community, my organization, my legacy, and others?"

This equally is a good question to ask whether it is a small thing or a large thing. I think especially so for something that might seem completely insignificant. Just as well, I tell my friends at the gym that when you focus on becoming good at something, will show up in everything.

Regardless of the size of the matter, this question becomes equally important, even for something that could at first appear to be completely insignificant. How you approach any given situation, especially the focus you put into becoming good at that one thing, how you approached that (the process you undertook) will show up as a guiding light in other aspects of your life as well.

INTO THIS THING CALLED PATIENCE

So, in doing my meditation this morning, one thing that came to me was the importance of patience. There is a lot of depth with this topic, so, please be patient with me!

While doing my meditation this morning, one thought that came up was the importance of patience. There is a lot of depth with this topic, so please be patient with me!

We all have an idea of what patience is, so I won't take a dive into that in this blog. However, in dealing with patience itself and obtaining peace, it is important to be patient with yourself!

We all have an idea of what patience is, so I won't go deeper on that in this particular blog. However, in regards to the pursuit of peace and particularly patience, it is always important to first be patient with yourself!

Not only should you practice an at-ease forgiveness with yourself, but you should practice a "forgiving expectation" with yourself! What I mean by this is as you go through things, have positive and high expectations, but also you must walk ready to forgive yourself.

This way of thinking suggests you practice not just an at-ease forgiveness with yourself, but also taking on a "forgiving expectation" with yourself! To clarify, as you go through various obstacles of life, not only must you maintain a positive mindset, high hopes and expectations, but you must also walk ready to forgive yourself.

Whether you are on-top of the world or feeling a little ruffled, having a healthy forgiveness, kindness, mercy, love, truth, and PATIENCE toward yourself will help keep you solid, stable, and in the right direction.

Whether you are on-top of the world or at the moment feeling a little ruffled, obtaining healthy forgiveness, kindness, mercy, love, truth, and PATIENCE toward yourself will enable you to stay solid, stable, and propel your growth forward in the right direction.

IF ANYTHING!

Having this healthy expectation leads me to this mindset: "IF ANYTHING!". I can tell myself, regardless of the challenge: "If anything, I will love myself!" "If anything, I will be patient with myself!" "If anything, I am going to forgive myself, others, and keep my sense of joy and happiness!" "If anything, I will not allow this challenge to bring me to worry, doubt, or fear!" "If anything, I will succeed!" "If anything, I will come out stronger!" "If anything, I will arise brighter and better!" "If anything, this challenge won't remain, and I will be victorious!" "If anything, I will win!"

Having this healthy expectation leads me to this mindset: "IF ANYTHING!"

No matter what obstacle life may inflict upon me, I can always tell myself: "If anything, I will love myself!" "If anything, I will be patient with myself!" "If anything, I am going to forgive myself, others, and keep my sense of joy and happiness!" "If anything, I will not allow this challenge to bring me to worry, doubt, or fear!" "If anything, I will succeed!" "If anything, I will come out stronger!" "If anything, I will arise brighter and better!" "If anything, this challenge won't remain, and I will be victorious!" "If anything, I will win!"

I understand this is easier said than done, but, the more you say it, meditate on it, and see this as your reality, instead of just your problem, your problem will no longer be a problem.

I realize this is easier said than done, however, the more you speak the "If anything" mantra into your life, repeat it, meditate on it, and see this as your reality rather than focusing particularly on the problem itself, the more your problem will dissipate and transform into a learning lesson and a blessing!

If anything, grow from this challenge! If anything, make this an opportunity to produce some quality endurance which leads to inner-peace!

Do not be afraid to face a challenge! Do not allow fear or doubt to hesitate you! Instead gird your mind and thoughts with an attitude of patience and victory! Dominate every moment and every situation with courage, joy, and a fresh confident expectation! You were made for such a situation and time as this. <----- "A Very, very Specific Purpose"

Dominate every moment and every situation with courage, joy, and a fresh confident expectation (aka Attitude)! You were made for such a situation and time as this.

THOUGHTS FOR MEDITATIONS

"I am not a victim, I am a victor!"

"I am not a victim of the time, but I am here for such a time!"

"I am here to affect this time with joy, peace, and victory!"

"I am designed to reach and fulfill my destiny!"

"If anything, I am growing!"

"If anything, I am getting stronger!"

"If anything, I will come through wiser, more joyful, and more effective!"

"If anything, I will live in PEACE!"
