Training Moves and Exercises that are at another level, Experimental, and Complex in Nature and very effective! Get good record of your moves, send them in and our team will give very detailed feedback to help you gain extra looks and insight into your training!
Step 4: Reflect & Listen to the Body
Your body speaks. When it needs to rest, give it proper, true rest. Sleep is not rest! Rest is a restorative action that brings your body back into a state of greater ability and repair.
